About the Sales Graduate Program

Aajil is offering a three-month, full-time, paid Sales Graduate Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This program is designed for fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in developing sales skills within a fast-growing B2B fintech environment. Participants will receive a salary from day one.

Program Structure and Learning Objectives

The program spans three months, covering four modules: Prospecting, Negotiating, Closing, and Compounding. Participants will shadow experienced sales professionals for the initial weeks before managing their own targets and commissions. Weekly coaching will be provided to support development.

• Understand the B2B Buy Now, Pay Later industry and its role in Saudi business growth and cash flow management.
• Learn about the construction, manufacturing, and industrial supply sectors, which are central to the Kingdom's non-oil economy.
• Develop skills in reading people and building trust through a dedicated track on sales and personality styles.
• Gain insight into the operations of a fast-moving, modern, and trust-based startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, initially by shadowing experienced closers, then by conducting independent sales conversations.
• Manage and achieve assigned sales targets, earning commission based on performance.
• Apply Aajil's sales methodologies within a dynamic company setting.

Candidate Profile

This program is suitable for fresh graduates who are curious, driven, and genuinely interested in a sales career. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable with direct customer engagement, including market visits and calls. The ability to manage rejection constructively is essential.

Program Outcome

Top performers in the Sales Graduate Program will be considered for a full-time position at Aajil. All participants will receive a Sales Academy certificate and a professional reference upon completion of the program.
