- Drive sales of the Revvity portfolio through established channels, covering reproductive health diagnostic kits and systems, life sciences instruments and automation, and infectious disease assays.
- Oversee distributor performance, including sales pipeline management, forecasting, margin control, inventory levels, promotional programs, and joint marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with regional product line managers, marketing, technical service, and regulatory teams to support product launches, secure regulatory clearance (KSA, UAE, GCC), facilitate customer training, and ensure effective after-sales support.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the KSA market, including major laboratories, public and private healthcare networks, life sciences research institutes, automation budgets, and procurement cycles.
- Monitor competitor activities, the distributor landscape, and market trends (diagnostics automation, animal imaging, HCS), communicating relevant insights to global management.
- Represent Revvity at partner conferences, industry trade shows, and distributor meetings within the region.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or an equivalent field; an advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc is considered a plus.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or channel management within the diagnostics, life sciences, or automation industry.
- Strong exposure to the GCC & Middle East markets, with specific in-depth experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Proven track record of success in managing distributors and channels, consistently achieving sales targets through an indirect sales model in the region.
- Strong operational understanding of automation, high-content screening, imaging systems, animal imaging, or instrumentation business; a strong background in diagnostics portfolios (reproductive health, infectious disease) is highly desirable.
Essential Skills and Market Knowledge
- Deep professional network within KSA and the broader GCC region, including major laboratories, life sciences research institutes, the distributor community, and procurement organizations.
- Extensive knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks and regional logistics requirements, including SFDA, MOHAP, DHA, other local authority approvals, distributor importation processes, warehousing, cold-chain management, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop joint business plans, manage complex distributor ecosystems, and drive growth through partners.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pipeline management, channel metrics, and margin discipline.
