About the Role

EjadTech (إيجاد التقنية) is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to building the commercial engine that supports the company's objective of achieving SAR 1 billion in revenue by 2028. The specialist will ensure the accuracy of commercial data, optimize sales operations, and provide reliable insights for informed business decisions.

Role Overview and Contribution

This role serves as the primary owner of commercial data integrity, commercial reporting, and sales performance tracking. The Sales Operations Specialist enables the Commercial leadership team to focus on business growth, customer engagement, and the closure of strategic opportunities by providing foundational operational support and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CRM as the single source of truth for customer accounts, opportunities, pipeline, Bills of Quantity (BOQs), costing, and sales orders.
• Monitor CRM data quality, identify and resolve inconsistencies, eliminate duplicate records, and continuously improve commercial data governance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports covering sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, revenue, backlog, and key commercial KPIs.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards that provide leadership with accurate, real-time business insights.
• Support sales forecasting by maintaining standardized reporting definitions and ensuring data consistency across Commercial and Finance.
• Coordinate costing and pricing approvals between Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Finance to ensure efficient commercial operations.
• Monitor commercial performance, identify margin risks before proposals and contracts are finalized, and support informed decision-making.
• Maintain strong commercial governance by managing approvals, tracking open commercial items, and ensuring all commercial requirements are completed throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support proposal and bid submissions by providing accurate commercial data and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating manual processes and enhancing CRM controls and commercial workflows.
