About the Role

Maharah Human Resources is seeking a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to supporting business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of staffing and workforce solutions. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Sales & Operations Specialist combines sales activities, commercial coordination, and operational follow-up. The primary objective is to ensure high service quality, achieve client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth by effectively managing the entire client and workforce solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM tracking.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and submissions for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Cultivate and expand client relationships.
• Coordinate workforce requirements closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams.
• Oversee all staffing lifecycle activities, including onboarding, deployment, renewals, replacements, and offboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
• Handle client queries and facilitate the resolution of operational issues with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and service renewals.
• Monitor market trends to inform and support business development strategies.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and operational coordination within a human resources or staffing context.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and directly engaging with clients to deliver effective human resources solutions.
