The Role: Sales Relationship Manager

Mutakamela Insurance is seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales objectives within the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from the market and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback to enhance products and services.
• Prepare daily reports and provide support to the line manager as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for corporate sales experience.
• Good knowledge of insurance principles and the Saudi Arabian insurance market.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
