About the Opportunity

Abdul Latif and Abdul Rahman Al Awad Air Conditioning Company is seeking a Sales Representative with a specialization in HVAC. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 4-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving sales within the HVAC sector and building strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, attracting new clients, and maintaining existing relationships. This role involves presenting HVAC products and solutions, managing price quotes, and ensuring sales targets are met through diligent follow-up and market monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for new sales opportunities and attract clients.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Present suitable products and solutions for client needs.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotes and commercial negotiations.
• Follow up on projects and sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the market and competitors and submit related sales reports.
• Coordinate with technical and administrative departments to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 5 years of experience in HVAC sales in Riyadh.
• Practical experience in selling HVAC products and systems.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and cooling solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and plans.
• Ability to attract new clients and maintain existing clients.
• Good knowledge of the HVAC market and competitors in Riyadh.
• Ability to prepare price quotes and follow up with clients until the sale is completed.
• Commitment, follow-up, and ability to work under pressure.
