alfanar is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves direct customer engagement and achieving sales objectives within the showroom environment.

Role Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing the entire showroom sales process, from initial customer interaction to deal closure and delivery follow-up. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and consistently meeting sales targets as per the company's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their specific needs.
• Present showroom products and promote new offerings to enhance customer awareness.
• Prepare quotations according to customer needs and specifications, then follow up until the deal is closed.
• Support the process of collecting payments from customers and carry out invoicing procedures.
• Follow up on the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain close relationships with both potential and existing customers.
• Achieve the annual sales target set by the company.
• Interact and coordinate with internal departments, such as brand management and logistics, whenever required.

• Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve work objectives and ensure clear communication with peers and managers.
• Demonstrate openness to directions and feedback for continuous improvement.
