About the Sales Support Supervisor Role

alfanar is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 4-6 years of experience and focuses on establishing and maintaining robust sales support systems, enhancing sales strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves managing key sales support functions, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to data-driven decision-making to support business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of sales support protocols, processes, and policies. This includes designing reward systems, managing the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) system, and developing plans for gift distribution. Collaboration with marketing, research, and customer service teams is essential to ensure alignment and gather insights. A key aspect of the role involves analyzing sales data, competitor activities, and customer information to inform sales strategies.

Strategic Support Functions

In addition to core sales support, this role includes specific responsibilities related to market intelligence and customer feedback. This involves collaborating with marketing supervisors on annual plans for satellite images, managing approvals for related budgets, and monitoring market changes to support management decisions. Furthermore, the supervisor will lead the execution and analysis of surveys via the C4C platform, providing actionable recommendations and cross-referencing market share data with sales outcomes and satellite data.

Leadership and Team Management

This position requires strong leadership capabilities focused on team development and performance management. The supervisor must be adept at recruiting, recognizing, and cultivating high-performing individuals, while also guiding or addressing underperformers. Ensuring equitable treatment of subordinates and basing assessments on performance against planned results are critical. The role also demands the establishment of a clear delegation of authority matrix in line with company policy.

Operational Excellence and Business Acumen

The Sales Support Supervisor is expected to take full responsibility for their operational area, adhering to job descriptions and company guidelines.
