The Role of Senior Sales Coordinator

MSS is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting efficient sales operations and ensuring customer service excellence within the healthcare sector. The Senior Sales Coordinator will coordinate sales activities, manage order fulfillment processes, and facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to optimize workflows and maintain accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team by coordinating sales operations, customer requests, quotations, tenders, and order processing activities in line with company procedures.
• Prepare and manage sales orders, update ERP records, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules with the warehouse and delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely collection of proof of deliveries (PODs).
• Manage customer order fulfillment processes, including NIPCO delivery schedules, ASN portal activities, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels, fast-moving items, minimum stock requirements, and product expiry dates to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the Sales Coordinator team, ensuring accurate ERP updates, POD tracking, reporting, and effective workflow management.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve pending documentation, invoices, delivery notes, and operational issues while supporting ad hoc sales requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Senior Sales Coordinator position should possess:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar operational role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
