About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to present products and services, with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects, and manage inbound sales inquiries.
• Clearly present products and services, aligning them with customer needs.
• Address questions, handle objections, and negotiate to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Follow up with leads and customers to convert opportunities and foster repeat business.
• Accurately record all calls, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Provide effective after-sales support and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
• Adhere to company scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary school diploma or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• No prior experience is required (0-1 years of experience).
• A proven ability to meet sales targets is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic; good English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Effective listening skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Good time management and the capacity to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Resilience, a positive attitude, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a sales team focused on achieving specific targets.
