About the Role

1886 Fashion is seeking a full-time Salesperson to join their team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining store organization to ensure a distinguished shopping experience and increased sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, providing excellent and professional service.
• Identify customer needs, present appropriate products, and explain their features.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets as per set objectives.
• Execute sales transactions, complete invoices, and process payments accurately.
• Arrange and display products, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Monitor inventory and report any shortages or unavailable products.
• Follow up on offers and prices, ensuring their correct application.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Contribute to achieving key performance indicators related to sales and customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, work schedules, and professional appearance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a General Secondary Education certificate.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Good skills in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Commitment, discipline, and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends as business needs require.
