About the Role

Nice One is seeking a Salesperson to represent the company and its products to customers in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering helpful and engaging service to support sales growth. The Salesperson will build customer relationships, understand product needs, provide accurate product information, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while meeting sales and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Promote products, communicate relevant features and benefits, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain current knowledge of product ranges, availability, promotions, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process, handle inquiries courteously, and help resolve concerns in line with company procedures.
• Keep sales areas organized, clean, and well stocked, ensuring products and displays meet visual merchandising standards.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately in accordance with company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
• Check product availability, replenish shelves as needed, and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
• Communicate current offers to customers and assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales activities.
• Follow company procedures for customer service, safety, loss prevention, cash handling, and store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support daily operations, share customer feedback, and help achieve store objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
