About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP EC Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions, specifically within Core HR and Time Management. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting various modules and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver HR transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, data models, and reporting.

Location and Work Type

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia or those with prior project or work experience in KSA will be given preference during the selection process.
