About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh, Makkah. This role requires strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions, focusing on the implementation and support of Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules. The consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules within SuccessFactors.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and overall system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to drive HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consulting.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, data models, and reporting.

Candidate Preferences

Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or those with prior KSA project/work experience will be given preference during the selection process.
