SAP HCM Techno functional Consultant

About the Role

YALLO Group is seeking an SAP HCM – Techno-functional Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in SAP HCM and Saudi Payroll. The role involves working with both technical and functional aspects of SAP HCM, particularly in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Involve in end-to-end implementation projects of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll.
• Handle Business Integration Builder (BIB) mapping and collaborate closely with EC & Payroll consultants.
• Contribute to configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities.
• Apply technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration to support system functionalities.
• Perform field-level mapping between Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have 5-10 years of experience, with more than 5 years specifically in SF BIB or EC & SAP HCM Payroll module.
• Possess at least two end-to-end project implementation experiences in a hybrid model (EC & S4 HANA).
• Mandatory previous consulting experience.
• Mandatory experience with Saudi Payroll.

Required Skills

• Strong technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.
• Good understanding of EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
• Hands-on experience with field-level mapping between EC & SAP HCM.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on critical SAP HCM implementations and support.
