SAP PMGM Consultant

About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced SAP PMGM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on supporting a large-scale enterprise environment, with an emphasis on production support, operations, and continuous improvement rather than solely project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and manage incidents within the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, and Calibration.
• Support Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Business Rules.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
• Support enterprise-level HR and talent management environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Demonstrated ability in configuring Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, and Calibration.
• Experience with Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Business Rules.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Experience supporting HR and talent management environments at an enterprise level.

Preferred Background

Candidates with a background in SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Services (AMS) are preferred. This includes experience supporting live environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering ongoing enhancements.
