SAP PMGM Support Consultant

About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an experienced SAP PMGM Support Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing production support, incident management, and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).

Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM systems. This includes resolving technical issues, supporting key HR cycles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
• Configure and maintain Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competencies, and Calibration.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve recurring issues.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Work with HR stakeholders, SAP, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage incident reporting, SLA dashboards, operational documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, change management, and operational governance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production support, incident management, and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
• Hold a valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, including speaking and reading Arabic.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is preferred.
