About the Role

FUZIXEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on designing, configuring, and implementing robust SAP Transportation Management solutions.

Role Overview

The SAP TM Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex logistics requirements into scalable SAP TM functionalities. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other critical supply chain systems to optimize transportation processes.

Solution Design and Configuration

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with both business and technical teams.
• Translate transportation processes, including planning, execution, and freight settlement, into effective SAP TM configurations.
• Design end-to-end TM architecture, encompassing integration with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
• Configure core SAP TM modules such as Transportation Planning & Optimization (TPO), Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection & Tendering, Charge Management & Freight Settlement, and Booking & Scheduling.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.
• Support various testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and actively resolve identified defects.

Integration and Project Delivery

• Collaborate with ABAP, CPI, and middleware teams for interface development.
• Integrate SAP TM with various carrier systems.
• Ensure data consistency across master data objects, including locations, resources, and business partners.
• Prepare comprehensive functional design documents, configuration guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation hyper care.
• Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management design, configuration, and implementation.
