The Role of Saudization Manager

Bayt Al Tawabel Holding is seeking a Saudization Manager to lead its nationalization strategy, Nitaqat compliance, Saudi talent pipeline development, and long-term workforce planning. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building a strong Saudi workforce, creating career opportunities, improving retention, and developing future Saudi leaders within the hospitality and F&B sectors. The Saudization Manager will collaborate with the Chief People Officer, recruitment team, training function, operations, and government entities to ensure strong Saudization performance across all legal entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Saudization percentages and Nitaqat status across all legal entities and locations.
  • Develop and implement Saudization action plans to maintain Platinum or Gold Nitaqat status.
  • Manage relationships with HRDF, MHRSD, TVTC, Taqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, and other relevant government bodies.
  • Identify and manage Saudization incentives, wage support schemes, subsidies, and training grants.
  • Build partnerships with universities, vocational institutions, and government employment programs.
  • Support Saudi talent sourcing, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to increase Saudi female representation in store, supervisory, and management roles.
  • Develop Saudi employee retention frameworks, career pathways, and engagement programs.
  • Prepare monthly Saudization reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Build a rolling 3-year Saudization workforce plan aligned with the company’s expansion strategy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate an understanding that Saudization extends beyond mere percentages. This role requires a combination of compliance knowledge, strong government relations, data-driven planning, and a genuine talent development mindset.
