About the Security Architecture Senior Manager Role

Accenture is seeking a Security Architecture Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in architecture to define and govern enterprise, solution, and domain architecture strategies. The role involves leading architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Architecture Senior Manager will be responsible for:

• Defining and governing enterprise, solution, and domain architecture strategies.
• Owning architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Leading and mentoring solution and enterprise architects across teams.
• Reviewing and approving major system designs, integrations, and technology selections.
• Balancing scalability, security, performance, cost, and delivery speed in architecture decisions.
• Partnering with engineering, security, product, and infrastructure leaders to align execution with architecture.
• Driving modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, legacy transformation, and platform consolidation.
• Identifying and managing architectural risk, technical debt, and long-term sustainability.
• Translating business strategy into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
• Presenting architecture decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership and executives.
• Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or infrastructure architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience leading architects or senior technical leaders.
• Expertise in data security architecture or application security architecture, including architectural design and implementation.
• Proven experience designing and governing large-scale, distributed systems.
• A strong background in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid architectures.
• A deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data architectures, and platform design.
• The ability to make difficult tradeoffs and defend decisions with factual evidence.
• Strong executive communication skills, characterized by clarity, conciseness, and credibility.
