The Role: Security & Loss Prevention Supervisor

Noon is looking for a Security & Loss Prevention Supervisor to manage and oversee security operations. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves ensuring the physical security of sites, managing electronic surveillance, and conducting investigations. The role demands flexibility for weekend and overnight shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of performance and actions with the vision and values of the S&LP department and the business.
  • Manage physical security through guarding services and monitor electronic surveillance devices.
  • Oversee SLP JIRA requests for CCTV to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Facilitate security screening for all individuals entering and exiting facilities.
  • Complete badge requests within allotted SLAs and assign access with proper approval.
  • Perform risk assessments of sites and operations, providing recommendations and action plans to stakeholders and the S&LP manager.
  • Conduct Security Compliance audits to ensure physical standards are maintained.
  • Escalate critical incidents to relevant business partners (SLP leadership, Operations, HR, Legal, Safety).
  • Build effective working relationships and manage stakeholders to drive closure of recommendations and action plans.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigations of internal and external losses.
  • Perform detailed investigations within policy frameworks, identify root causes, write reports, and develop management action plans.
  • Conduct interviews for policy violations, including internal and external theft, and report investigation results.
  • Utilize data, CCTV, and other surveillance resources for loss analysis and investigations.
  • Drive corrective and preventive process changes to reduce shrink and incidents, implementing best security practices.
  • Manage security services vendors for SLA adherence and provide training to security guards on S&LP processes.
  • Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response.
  • Maintain access controls and security tools (keys, asset stickers/tags, lost & found, CCTV, metal detectors, turnstiles, radios).
  • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory authorities for security-related equipment and subjects.
  • Act as a point of contact for law enforcement authorities and during emergency or critical circumstances.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience as a business partner in delivering decision support and enabling strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop project and program work plans and ensure compliance with relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and build high-performance project and program teams with ongoing performance reviews.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious working relationships.
  • Knowledge of efficient and effective logistics and supply chain management processes.
  • Analytical ability (*, pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data for developing, recommending, and implementing solutions.
