The Role

The Security Operation Center Senior Officer will be responsible for supporting the comprehensive monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats and incidents. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring the continuous security of our systems and data. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our incident response capabilities and overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and identify suspicious activities using SIEM solutions.
• Analyze and investigate security alerts and potential cybersecurity incidents.
• Track incidents from detection through analysis, escalation, and resolution.
• Operate security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies.
• Conduct threat analysis and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Support and enhance incident response processes and SOC procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and post-incident analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to junior SOC team members.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a Security Operation Center or a similar cybersecurity role.
