The Role: Senior Account Executive

Boopin is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Client Servicing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is instrumental in supporting client servicing efforts, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, and facilitating clear communication between internal teams and clients. The position also contributes to the strategic development and growth of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of social media accounts.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, community management, and production) to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and content.
• Assist in developing social media content plans that promote cultural initiatives, heritage programs, and community engagement.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure content is published according to schedule.
• Prepare clear briefs for internal teams and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Develop and maintain monthly editorial calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
• Track content performance and assist in preparing monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, digital storytelling formats, and platform updates.
• Support live coverage for cultural activations, events, and national initiatives when required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Boopin's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within the Client Servicing team.
