About the Senior Account Executive Role
Gartner is seeking a Senior Account Executive LE/GE GTS Eastern Region to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, field-based direct sales position focused on client retention and growth. The role involves expanding existing contracts and introducing new products and services to major client accounts. The successful candidate will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value derived from Gartner’s offerings, typically requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts with the objective of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall account growth.
- Achieve a quota responsibility of $800,000+ in contract value within an assigned territory of major client accounts.
- Consistently execute Gartner’s established sales methodology.
- Perform effective account planning and territory management.
- Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and maintain competitive knowledge and focus within the market.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology environments (services, software, or consultative roles), with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Documented experience building excellent client relationships at the C-level within large enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in computer usage and strong presentation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.
