About the Role at Infinite PL
Infinite PL, a digital-led tech firm focused on pioneering digital logistics, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving commercial growth and acquiring new high-value clients for the company's innovative digital solutions.
Role Context and Objectives
This strategic business development role is responsible for leading the acquisition of new logos and the sale of high-value, complex solutions. The focus is on Digital Services, Managed Applications Services, AI, and advanced data solutions, targeting major Government, Enterprise, and Logistics clients. The role involves shaping client engagements through a consulting-first approach and co-creation programs, as well as leading major tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition through the development and execution of strategic account plans, with a focus on key government ministries and national-level enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for large-scale Digital Services and AI platform opportunities.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders to establish the organization as a trusted partner in digital logistics and transformation.
- Oversee bid preparation, pricing strategies, and proposal submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform account strategy and revenue forecasting.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial models suitable for SaaS, platform-based, and end-to-end service engagements.
- Consistently achieve new business booking targets.
- Ensure governance, risk management, and contract compliance across all commercial activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, business development, or account management roles.
- Proven experience in leading and winning high-value government tender submissions and structured bidding processes.
- A strong understanding of AI, Data, SaaS, and platform-based commercial models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment
