Senior Account Sales Manager

About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Account Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves direct customer engagement focused on business development and sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can influence functional approaches and organizational programs, impacting team quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand the industry segment in KSA, with a specific focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Center, and AI businesses for GE Grid Systems Integration (GSI).
• Identify and communicate specific market requirements and portfolio gaps to the Product Line.
• Understand market routes and competition, sharing commercial strategies and project challenges internally.
• Support the KSA commercial team by presenting and promoting GSI solutions to potential customers, including DC/AI Hyperscalers & Collocators, Consultants, Infrastructure EPC, and other industries.
• Provide initial technical support for client presentations and material submissions.
• Assist in tendering activities to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Establish and maintain a reliable market intelligence network in KSA, covering projects, competitor activities, and new opportunities, to formulate winning strategies.
• For target projects, manage strategy, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and prepare proposals, budgetary information, and other documentation.
• Develop relationships for business placement with prospective clients, directly or through other GE Vernova businesses and sales organizations.
• Enable the offering of comprehensive financial, commercial, and technical solutions, including operational economic evaluations.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other product disciplines, local suppliers, and consultants to enhance GSI offerings.
• Collaborate with the regional Commercial Team to manage client relationships through bid negotiation and contract award.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, risk, or marketing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Work Environment
