About the Senior Analyst Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi is seeking a Senior Analyst for its BCG Vantage, People & Organization Practice Area in Riyadh. This full-time, client-focused position involves joining a growing global team to deliver value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. The Senior Analyst will contribute to large-scale transformation cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights to achieve strong client impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models.
• Streamline and enhance organizational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate the adoption of new organizational designs, bridging the gap between strategy and operational reality.
• Collaborate across teams to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining team cohesion.
• Provide targeted tools and support for role adaptation and skills development, empowering individuals for success within new frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and assets for the business.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on expertise.
• Support all domains within the People and Organization Practice Area, with a specific focus on Organization Activation, including Organization Design/Activation & Operating Model, Talent and Skills, and Culture and Change Management.
• Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand requirements and design/develop solutions.

Required Capabilities and Attributes

• Ability to solve client problems by formulating relevant research and analytical approaches in organization activation, applying a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to implement strategic designs.
• Proficiency in building client-ready deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Skill in collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing case team learnings and outputs to develop new proprietary knowledge assets.
• Effective and confident communication with case teams and client team members.
• Strong collaborative skills for working effectively in group dynamics, both in-person and virtually, with proficiency in agile ways of working.
• Flexibility, a curious and creative mindset, openness to new ideas, and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Adeptness at navigating complexity and ambiguity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of consulting experience relevant to organization design and activation is strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, 2+ years minimum industry experience is required, with 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of organizational theory and design principles.
• Proficiency in change management and project management.
• Proven track record in leading organizational design projects.
• Experience in cross-functional and multinational team environments.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic global team environment, focusing on client-centric solutions. The position requires travel to client sites to effectively understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
