About Impact46 and the Role

Impact46 is seeking a Senior Analyst Credit Advisory to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting the firm's credit advisory functions, with a primary emphasis on credit funds and secondary support for sukuk issuances. The successful candidate will contribute to various stages of debt investment vehicle management and transaction support.

Primary Responsibilities: Credit Funds

The core responsibilities for this position will involve active participation in the lifecycle of credit funds and other debt investment vehicles, including:

  • Supporting the structuring, launch, and registration of credit funds and debt investment vehicles, coordinating with legal, compliance, and the CMA.
  • Assisting in the preparation of fund documentation, such as terms & conditions, investor presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conducting credit analysis and due diligence on prospective fund opportunities, including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and collateral assessment.
  • Monitoring the ongoing performance of credit funds and underlying loan portfolios, focusing on covenant compliance, repayment schedules, and early warning indicators.
  • Preparing periodic credit fund performance reports, valuation updates, and investor reporting packages.
  • Supporting the structuring of credit facilities and terms (pricing, covenants, security packages) for funds.
  • Assisting fundraising efforts for credit funds, including the preparation of pitch materials and coordination with prospective investors.
  • Liaising with external parties such as auditors, fund administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and rating agencies.
  • Assisting with regulatory filings and approvals related to fund launches, including CMA licensing and registration requirements.
  • Coordinating with the investment committee and senior management on credit approvals and portfolio decisions.
  • Tracking market developments, credit trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the private credit sector in Saudi Arabia.

Secondary Responsibilities: Sukuk Issuances

On an as-needed basis and alongside the primary credit funds workload, the Senior Analyst will provide secondary support to the credit advisory team for sukuk issuance mandates. This includes:

  • Assisting with issuer due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of information memoranda and offering documents for sukuk transactions.
  • Supporting coordination with legal counsel, arrangers, rating agencies, and the CMA on sukuk structuring and regulatory approvals.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Analyst position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in credit analysis, fund management, or a related financial advisory field.
