About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate Hospital Delegate Services (Mega AC) Pipeline to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to maintaining high service standards within our network of hospitals and ensuring effective customer and provider relations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for a range of duties focused on service quality, provider compliance, and customer satisfaction. This includes upholding professional standards, managing customer interactions, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers within the Bupa Arabia network.

Customer Service and Complaint Resolution

  • Adhere to established customer service procedures and departmental standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company departments, hospital networks, products, and services to provide accurate information and confidently address general queries.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, aiming for full resolution without escalation and with minimal team leader intervention.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on recovery plans and record complaints in the tracer system to facilitate preventive actions.

Provider Relationship Management and Compliance

  • Ensure hospitals comply with agreed-upon service standards and consistently deliver these standards to members.
  • Verify that hospitals utilize swipe card and fingerprint machines, the company website, and other linked technical services.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with providers' insurance directors.
  • Conduct regular visits to front-line staff at points of service to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Coordinate with provider relations on recognition mechanisms to strengthen the partnership framework and enhance the providers' image.

Team Collaboration and Professional Standards

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve individual and departmental goals and objectives.
  • Actively promote a positive team spirit within the department.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, order, and professional appearance for the office, customer areas, and personal presentation.
