Role Overview

The Senior Chef will oversee the Cold Kitchen and Production departments. This role requires strong operational leadership across multiple kitchens and teams, making it suitable for candidates with a background in large-scale catering, inflight catering, or central production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations within the Cold Kitchen and Production departments.
• Providing strong operational leadership across multiple kitchen teams.
• Ensuring adherence to HACCP, food safety, and production planning standards.
• Managing labour productivity and operational performance effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in airline catering, large-scale catering kitchens, or central food production.
• Demonstrated strong leadership experience in high-volume food production environments.
• Excellent knowledge and certification in HACCP, food safety, and production planning.
• Commercial awareness with proven experience in managing labour productivity and operational performance.
• A culinary qualification is essential.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 23,000 tax-free per month, inclusive of housing and transport allowances.
