About the Opportunity

IH Selection is partnering with a global engineering consultancy that maintains a strong regional presence across the GCC. The firm is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to a significant project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the construction of multiple assets within residential and commercial developments located in Qiddiyah.

Role Overview

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading site supervision activities for civil engineering aspects across various Design & Build projects. These projects include residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Operating as an integral part of the wider lead consultancy team, the role requires close coordination between the End Client and Contractors to ensure project execution aligns with defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Civil Engineer Site Supervision activities for multiple Design & Build projects, including residential, hospitality, and commercial developments.
• Coordinate effectively between the End Client and Contractors.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to the highest standards as specified in the Project Scope and design deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction projects.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Middle East, with experience in Saudi Arabia being ideal.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in Site Supervision of residential and commercial construction projects as a Civil Engineer.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The projects are situated within the Qiddiyah development.
