We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to managing and enhancing Unifonic's Compliance function, focusing on anticipating issues and developing proactive, practical solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization maintains an effective engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain and coordinate open communication with all relevant decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communications and their impact.
• Organize regular training sessions for employees to efficiently communicate key regulatory changes and updates.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory compliance by communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Manage applications for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay informed about compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements within the compliance framework.
• Maintain a compliance communication register and associated documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling identified gaps and corresponding action plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Higher Education or Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Management field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a compliance analyst or specialist within an enterprise-level organization.
• Strong experience in both reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Experience with international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• A compliance management or project management certification is considered a plus.
