AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Quality) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing and coordinating on-site activities for high-end infrastructure projects within the region.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Construction Manager (Quality) will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work on high-end infrastructure, ultra-luxury hospitality, and residential projects is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications and established quality standards. This role is critical for maintaining project integrity and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for designated projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 20-25 years of experience in construction management, specifically within high-end infrastructure or similar complex projects.
