Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms globally, is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager Cyber Operate AI/ML Engineer (Cyber Automation) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to Deloitte's purpose of making an impact that matters for clients, people, and society, by delivering innovative insights and solving complex challenges. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating and developing capabilities across several key areas:

• Opportunity Identification and Prioritization: Work with domain leads to map manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks across various cyber security functions (strategy, technical assessments, risk, compliance, TPRM, governance, performance management). Build a prioritized backlog of AI and automation use cases, including expected time savings, risk, and effort. Track AI advancements and best practices, sharing insights with the Innovation Guidance Team and the wider program.
• AI and Automation Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy solutions for evidence and document analysis (*, reviewing policies, contracts, SOC 2 reports), TPRM automation (*, pre-filling supplier questionnaires), vulnerability analytics (enriching and prioritizing findings), reporting automation, AI assistants, and anomaly detection. Build data pipelines and integrations with security tools, GRC and TPRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Power BI. Select appropriate approaches (rules, scripts, classical ML, LLMs) for each problem.
• Secure and Responsible AI Implementation: Define standards for safe AI use within the program, covering data handling, human review of AI outputs, prompt and model security, and logging. Protect sensitive data by keeping it within approved environments and meeting PDPL, NCA, and SDAIA requirements. Test AI solutions against prompt injection, data leakage, and incorrect outputs, adhering to OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and NIST AI RMF. Apply MLOps practices, including version control, testing, monitoring, model performance tracking, and documented governance.
• Team Enablement: Document solutions clearly and provide training to specialists for effective use. Measure adoption and time saved, reporting results to program leadership in collaboration with the Performance Management team.
