Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess quantum claims.
• Conduct detailed quantum analysis for disputes and arbitration proceedings.
• Review project records, cost data, and contractual documentation.
• Produce expert reports and provide support to senior experts.
• Collaborate closely with clients, legal teams, and industry specialists.
• Mentor junior consultants as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within a recognized claims consultancy.
• A strong background in quantum analysis and commercial management.
• Comprehensive understanding of standard construction contracts.
• Experience supporting formal dispute resolution processes is advantageous.
• Strong report writing and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh or currently based within the GCC.
