About the Senior Consultant Role

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading investigation workstreams and acting as the on-the-ground lead in KSA throughout the engagement lifecycle. The role requires supervising junior staff and managing interactions with clients and regulatory representatives.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Consultant will operate under the guidance of a Manager or Director, taking primary responsibility for day-to-day leadership of investigation workstreams. This includes overseeing project delivery in KSA and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute workstreams encompassing data analytics, e-discovery/ESI review, and document review.
• Manage onsite delivery, serving as the daily contact for the client's single point of contact (SPOC) and engaging with audit committee members and regulatory representatives.
• Conduct evidence collection, analysis, and fact-finding interviews; draft findings and investigation reports for senior review.
• Maintain review protocols, documentation standards, and defensible working papers.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of Consultants and Analysts; support the Manager on engagement planning, budgets, and timelines.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals, client pitches, and knowledge development for the KSA practice.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Senior Consultant position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can effectively lead project components, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members within a consulting environment.
