Senior Credit Cards Product and Portfolio Expert

About the Role

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a Senior Credit Cards Product and Portfolio Expert for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading credit card strategy, driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer engagement, and improving profitability within the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead credit cards strategy and drive portfolio growth.
• Enhance customer engagement and improve profitability for card products.
• Manage credit and debit card product launches and portfolio lifecycle.
• Develop card product strategy, CVP, pricing, features, and benefits.
• Drive card spend, activation, retention, and overall profitability.
• Oversee card P&L management, interchange, loyalty, and rewards programs.
• Execute campaigns, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Lead large-scale projects, system migrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage relationships with card schemes, merchant partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in cards or retail banking, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in credit card product management and portfolio growth delivery.
• Strong experience in credit and debit card product launches and customer lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated background in digital banking and project management.
• Experience in digital banking, mobile banking, fintech, and wallet integrations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of card P&L management, interchange, loyalty, and rewards programs.
• Understanding of SAMA regulations and the Saudi banking market.
• Knowledge of payment trends.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in roles such as Head of Cards, Cards Portfolio Director, Senior Cards Product Manager, or similar senior retail banking positions are preferred.
