Role Overview

NeoStats is seeking a Senior Credit Cards Product & Portfolio Expert for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading strategic initiatives related to credit card product development, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, and profitability within the banking and financial services sector. The expert will focus on developing customer value propositions, launching card products, and improving portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for credit card portfolio growth, customer engagement, and profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end credit card product lifecycle, including development, launches, pricing, features, and benefits.
• Drive portfolio performance across key metrics such as card activation, spend per card, retention, and profitability.
• Develop customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for credit card acquisition, servicing, rewards, and customer engagement.
• Lead cross-functional projects for card product launches, feature enhancements, and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with payment networks and develop strategic partnerships with merchants and fintech companies.
• Provide strategic guidance on credit card product and portfolio management initiatives and collaborate with senior banking stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 15 years of experience in credit card product management, portfolio growth, digital banking, and customer lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing customer value propositions and launching card products.
• Experience in improving portfolio performance and implementing strategies for customer acquisition, activation, spend growth, and retention.
• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, including Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements.
