The Role of Senior Customer Solutions Consultant

This full-time position for a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role is instrumental in guiding customers through digital transformation by leveraging cloud communication. It involves leading collaboration with virtual teams across sales, engineering, and support functions. The consultant will build and maintain strong customer relationships, influence strategic direction, and serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and technology decision-makers. Key responsibilities include evaluating cloud communication strategies, recommending tailored solutions, overcoming deployment challenges, and ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams throughout the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Build working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Join Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, helping to shape relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products effectively.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Hand off won deals to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience by matching product and service offerings to their needs.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot customer needs and translate them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort in engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual and cross-functional teams.
