Cenomi Centers is seeking a Senior Design Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading architectural design initiatives for large-scale developments within our portfolio.

The Role of Senior Design Architect

The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes from initial concept development through to the final construction documentation phase. This role requires a strong focus on quality assurance, compliance, and effective coordination across various project stakeholders, while also contributing to design excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design efforts from concept development through to construction documentation.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, IFC packages, materials, and mock-ups to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide support for tenant fit-outs, develop leasing layouts, and conduct site inspections as required.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations, technical reports, and all necessary project documentation.
• Drive initiatives for design excellence, value engineering, and continuous improvement, including mentoring junior architects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with an active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or residential developments.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise in design development, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and building standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Revit is considered a significant advantage.
