About the Role

X Architects is seeking a Senior Design/Site Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on site-specific applications.

Role Overview

The Senior Design/Site Architect will play a key role in leading design processes for various projects. This involves ensuring designs meet client objectives and project specifications, while also collaborating with all project stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. A significant aspect of the role includes conducting site visits to evaluate feasibility and ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for projects, aligning with client goals and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on site experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects from design through to execution.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
