About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to oversee the development of commercial office projects within the master development. This full-time position requires a strategic approach and a strong background in commercial real estate development to guide projects from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and standards. The role is based in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete development lifecycle for commercial office projects, encompassing planning, design, construction, and final delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and enhance commercial viability.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control across all project phases.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance Qiddiya’s commercial office portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, with a preference for office space projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of the local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is considered a plus.
