Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Director Precinct Development (Mixed Use Urban Core) to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the development of a major urban core mixed-use precinct, focusing on public realm, retail, commercial, and lifestyle assets.

Role Overview

The Senior Director - Precinct Development will be responsible for the end-to-end development leadership of a significant Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This precinct will encompass public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The role acts as the precinct owner, guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct meets its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Be accountable for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and broader organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Experience

This position requires an experienced development executive with over 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to balance commercial outcomes with the creation of urban experiences, fostering activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh.
