Senior Electrical Technical Engineer (High Rise Tower)

About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Electrical Technical Engineer to join one of their real estate and construction clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on high-rise tower projects, requiring expertise in electrical technical coordination, shop drawings, BIM, BOQ, QA/QC, and site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate electrical designs, shop drawings, and BIM models.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take-offs, and support variations/change orders.
• Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for project close-out and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) handover.
• Review electrical installations, including power, lighting, fire alarm, low-current systems, and Building Management System (BMS) interfaces.
• Review material submittals, vendor documents, and equipment datasheets.
• Support BIM coordination and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and support testing & commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) requirements, Saudi Building Code (SBC), NFPA, and applicable international standards.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and other technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for high-rise or tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services, BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, BOQ, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
• Good understanding of Saudi codes, SEC requirements, and international electrical standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
