About the Opportunity

Madison Pearl is collaborating with a leading regional asset management firm to recruit a Senior Equity Research Analyst. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a clear trajectory towards Portfolio Management for the successful candidate.

Role Purpose

The Senior Equity Research Analyst will work directly with portfolio managers, providing critical support to the investment team. This involves contributing to idea generation and conducting in-depth company research within the Saudi public equities market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source investment opportunities within Saudi public equities and provide research on key market segments and economic developments.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, monitoring a watch list of investments through regular interaction with company management and expert networks.
• Present research findings to the investment team via written reports, informal discussions, and formal presentations.
• Support the lead portfolio manager on portfolio analytics, performance presentations, and overall investment strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• CME qualifications obtained.
• CFA charter or progress towards attainment is highly preferred.

Experience and Skills

• 5–7 years of professional investment experience covering Saudi equities.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Deep knowledge of fundamental investment concepts, terminology, and styles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Candidate Profile

This role requires a Saudi National who is a fluent Arabic speaker. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust analytical capabilities and a commitment to contributing to a dynamic investment team.
