Senior Façade / GFRC BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Sana Al Jazira Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Façade / GFRC BIM Coordinator to join its project team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading BIM modeling and coordination efforts for GFRC/façade scopes, managing shop drawing submissions, and ensuring effective coordination with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of detailed GFRC / façade BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and manage coordinated GFRC shop drawing packages, including panel layouts, numbering, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate GFRC/façade works with architectural, structural, steel, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Review IFC drawings, design models, and contract information to identify clashes, missing details, and interface issues.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash-detection activities using Revit and Navisworks.
• Represent the GFRC/façade scope in BIM and technical coordination meetings.
• Coordinate panel interfaces, joints, openings, supports, backing systems, and adjacent finishes.
• Review consultant and main contractor comments and manage revisions through to approval.
• Prepare and coordinate RFIs for incomplete or conflicting design information.
• Coordinate approved BIM/shop drawings with engineering, fabrication, and site teams.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy, revision control, and drawing/submittal records.
• Ensure the BIM model and shop drawings are practical for fabrication and installation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional BIM/Revit experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Previous experience in façade, GFRC/GRC, precast, or architectural cladding projects is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience preparing and coordinating façade shop drawings from BIM models.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of façade systems, interfaces, panelization, and supporting structures.
• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, steel, and MEP disciplines.
• Ability to independently manage BIM coordination meetings and consultant comments.
• Strong technical communication and coordination skills.

Location and Availability

The successful candidate must be currently located in Riyadh and available for immediate joining. Applicants without strong hands-on Revit and façade BIM coordination experience will not be considered.
