The Senior Florist Role

Menna Boutique is seeking a full-time Senior Florist to lead the creation of floral arrangements and oversee daily shop operations. This role is central to maintaining consistent quality and design standards across all products and services offered by the boutique in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bouquets and floral installations for various client needs and occasions.
• Prepare flowers for arrangements, ensuring optimal condition and longevity.
• Manage the inventory of floral supplies, including fresh flowers, plants, and accessories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and suggest suitable floral designs.
• Provide professional guidance and recommendations for event floral decorations and personal orders.
• Support the decoration of in-store displays and arrangements for special occasions.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely and quality supply deliveries.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a florist or similar creative retail environment, ideally in a senior or lead role.
• Basic knowledge of flower care, preservation techniques, and seasonal availability.
• Comfort working with point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash or digital payments.

Required Skills and Attributes
