Role Overview

Sacoor Brothers is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead human resources operations for its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a Saudi National with 5-10 years of experience. The specialist will manage recruitment and HR compliance within the Kingdom, serving as the primary HR contact for both retail stores and the office, with direct support from the regional HR team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for store and office positions, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pool of Saudi talent.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.
• Administer government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Support Saudisation (Nitaqat) goals and provide progress reports.
• Oversee employee contracts, maintain employee files, and manage leave and exit procedures.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for managers and staff.
• Contribute to improving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and MHRSD regulations.
• Experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms.
• Proficiency in recruitment and HR compliance management.
