Kalsoft, a company based in Riyadh, is seeking a full-time Senior IBM BAW / BPM Developer. This role is focused on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting business process automation solutions specifically for banking and financial services operations.

The Role

The successful candidate will apply strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / BPM, business process modeling, application integration, and enterprise workflow development. This position involves contributing to critical projects that enhance operational efficiency within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) for banking processes such as loan origination, account opening, trade finance, and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand banking process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate IBM BAW solutions with core banking platforms and other financial systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, improve system performance, and maintain existing workflow applications.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to workflow applications and solutions.
• Ensure developed solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, security practices, and banking regulations.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM.
• Proven experience working on projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is required.

Technical and Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding and practical experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and other relevant banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data protection requirements.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
