The Opportunity

Surbana Jurong is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Senior Landscape Architect to support major development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an experienced professional to be stationed on-site, focusing on design review throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions while stationed full-time on site.
• Ensure all designs and submissions comply with project requirements, established standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and offer design recommendations to project teams.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify potential design issues, assess risks, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
• Support all design review activities from project inception through completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in design review of large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of project requirements, industry standards, and best practices in landscape design.

Work Environment
